This stuff is getting easier! GF, recovering alcololic, calls up invites me for salad. Nah, I'm going home. Hubby already home. Higher power taps on noggin'. I get the message and I say know what? I'm really hungry and have not been eating well so OK. So we go eat. And I spill the beans. I tell you what, it is cathartic to sit there and drink water with lemon and fess up to what someone already knew. I feel like I'm follwoing the yellow brick road. I may change my name to Dorothy and get a new avatar:H I am so proud f myself! Can you feel it?

Wowee! Sister calls and I tell all. (cry of course). She says she could feel something wrong lately (we call it "the force" like in star wars). Not coddlng, glad of measures I'm taking. Lots of questions. Promised not to tell anyone else. I'm new at this telling "my secret" to people who actually know me. Has anyone else gone through this process? How did or does it work for you?
