I slept ALL night long. Woke-up twice but was able to fall fast asleep again. So, happy about this this morning...after a week of no sleep, I am relieved. Didn't want to get up!

Luv I am so happy for you. Sleep has been my worst enemy for as long as I can remember and I drank heavily just to get some. Only made matters worse and never got more than 5-6 fitful hours of sleep. I now sleep 7-8 hours easy! Yeah! (I wish I had known of this "benefit" a long time ago!)

Sober sleep is SO nice, wake-up feeling good too!!! I was SO glad to get that sleep. when drunk or first coming off a drunk, I don't sleep more than a couple of hours at a time...it is torture. 4 days AF and going to my meeting tonight.

Yeah, sober nights produce great dreams too! I have doggie school tonight - pouring rain - gonna be stinky doggie school. Nothing beats a room full of wet doggies! Therapist tomorrow night, AA Thuursday night. Happy today. Love my expensive haircut! Worth five bottles of voddy :H
