A good night of sober sleep is much more restful than a night of AL induced sleep for sure! I am sleeping so much better since I stopped drinking..and I fall asleep faster!

Congrats on great night's sleep! Feels great don't it. I was able to get about 6hours of AF sleep for the first time in 10 years. It felt great waking up this morning.

I was also able to sleep really well last night. had a dream that walgreens (drugstore in US) had a room for acupuncture. I called and made an appointment.You can't turn a pickle into a cucumberComment
