Thanks everyone!!!! I AM proud and so is my family.....all two of them.
The stopping wasn't that hard for me as I have librium to get me through the rough parts at the beginning. And if I have a craving, I pop three kudzu.
Other than staying AF, my next goal is to get started on the CDs and get some exercise. I was exhausted for the whole month.
And yes, today was the big day. I had to go to our big calendar and count it out.
