          Don't worry guys .... I'm sure RJ is onto it. It's interesting to note that Jeannette2 seemed to target relative newbies.

          But what makes me really giggle .... she's touting buddhism via SPAM!!!! .... into the inboxes of the members of an Alcohol-related forum!!!!! .....

          Not very Zen, methinks.

                      Seriously There is not much you can do regards people joining up purely to promote their own 'products' etc. as was saw recently when someone tried to flog a second hand MWO 'program' (Whatever the hell that is in all it's entirety!!). What can be done is it can be nipped in the bud and the user's IP address can be blocked so they cannot gain access to the site in the future; not unless of course they change their internet provider which I'm sure they are not going to do just to promote something on here. It's normally a last resort if the user is persistent in continuing to not uphold the terms and conditions of the website/forum.

                      If you want to only receive PM's from the moderators and people you have added to your buddy list then you have this option also. Click on quick links and go into edit options and it gives you this option there. Don't forget you need to add people to your buddy list first if you want to receive PM's from them if you do tick this option. So you can be selective if you want to be. Personally I've never found it a problem. I'm welcoming to all PM's from anyone on here and I will try to respond to all if I can.

                          Hey Luv we should form our own NON SPAM RECOVERY GROUP!!.Where we could talk about how hurt and rejected we feel for not receiving any SPAM. I'll get going on drawing up a 12 step program!! Watch this space!!!

                            Thank-you Hippie, as you can imagine I am very distraught. You know if one of us is going to get cussed out and treated ugly, DAMN I wanna be able to feel the pain too. How can I sympathezie when the looney tune didn't strike me too. Just UNFAIR!!! Makes me wanna have a drink I am so depressed....LOL PLEASE get that 12 steps in place quickly....
