Hi Jay,
Dont post much but I have noticed your posts. Please dont feel embarresed ( please how do you spell that bloody word) or selfish about last night as it appears that youre Mr Hyde took up residence in your house while you let your guard down. Seems he likes Hank Williams loud too.I know you cant use this as an excuse but you are only human. Alcohol/Drugs seemed to have allowed this bugger to take over. We all have our Hydes. Anyway what amazes me about you Jay is in another post some where you stated that one of the 5 persons you would love to meet would be Malcom Lowry.One of my all time favorite books and authors " Underneath the Volcanoe". There is more to you than being beat by Hydes despair. Hang in there buddy . Get well!!!!!!!!!!!.

Jay I adore you, you are such a talented soul. Your poetry is amazing. Darling life is for the living quit trying to give yours away. The ones you lost you can remember in a positive healthy way. Jay don't you ever question why your still here? It's because you are a survivor! There is a world of people out there wanting to be new friends,lovers and associates with you. Go meet them!

Jay, can't you find someone to talk to? A professional? I know you have tried in the past, but maybe you need to see someone else? Sometimes it takes a bit of time and effort to find the right fit when it comes to a counsellor.
