I actually comitted to the personal trainer. Holy shit it is expensive, but I AM WORTH IT! He a nutritionist as well. Greenie had to fess up yet again. He said no alcohol today. I stalled and said , uh... well... I have to tell you something because there is no point in us having a relationship like this if you don't know what you are dealing with. It's too late for that. I am seeking you out because alcohol is a real problem for me and I already drank. I managed to not cry (close though). He said that's OK but no more, can you do that? Very nonjudgemental. Told him how I forget to eat and he said that was part of my problem and we'd deal with that. So at 6:30 Am tomorow I will have to face him with my confession out there (and my checkbook :H) . Lordy, please don't let me cry. I'll have to wear my big girl pants.
