Good morning everyone. I am looking forward to catching up with old friends and new in more detail a bit later. I wanted to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for your support!

LOL - that's really me in my avatar sitting on a down tree dumping out one of the Voddy bottles I poured out yesterday. I'm in a super baggy sweat shirt and my hair is pulled back in a pony tail My ass is fat. (of course since I started drinking again last fall, and that continued to escalate, I have gained back ALL of the 16 pounds I had lost, plus one more pound....)

Anyway...I'll be back after my Friday AM meeting and workout and errands, and will probably be hanging out hear the rest of the day.

Hi Breez! It's good to be back. I've been thinking so much over the last several weeks about how truly happy I felt when I was AF for the latter part of that 60 day stint. Yes, there were cravings and thoughts that crept in, but overall I just felt so good and so guilt free. I'm looking forward to getting the next few weeks out of the way and working back towards that happy feeling again.

I'm loaded up on Kudzu and L-Glut and the other supps, and I'm going to start the CD series today. I have to dig out my paperwork with the recommended schedule, but I'm sure Clearing is on for today.
