Hello all, and may the luck of the Irish be with you!
This holiday always confused me, it seemed an excuse for many Americans to get drunk!!!! In all my years, I would meet up with some friends at the pub to celebrate...what exactly? snakes?
This year I did not go to the pub, but made a nice Irish meal and was AF with my family!

Good for you, flyinhigh! As excuses go, St. Paddy's is right up there. I celebrated today AF, too. Wore my green...but made Italian for dinner, not Irish (hey, they both start with "I" -- does that count?). Anyway, tomorrow we'll feel SO much better that those who slammed down the guinness or the green brew... :cheering
