I'm actually 4 weeks into the 8 week CBT computer course called "Beating the Blues". Changing my automatic negative thoughts is a lot easier I think when I have to be more direct in my approach. I could waffle for England over the psychology of things but being at a computer you do have to be more direct in your approach. It not like the traditional one to one face to face therapy. I'm getting fantastic results from it as well and couldn't be happier!!
Just wish I could loose the flab and I'd be even happier!!!!lol
