Here are a few thoughts that seem applicable to us ....
* Change, conflict or crisis are signals for growth. Be prepared to use these opportunities.
* Think before you react.
* Mental self-abuse is the highway to depression.
* Anger hides fear. Deal with the fear.
* Anger can be new, old, or directed at the self.
* Unrealistic expectations cause stress.
* I will not "should" on myself today.
* I am no longer a victim thinker.
* Write: change negative dialogue to positive. Positive feelings can't coexist with negative thoughts. Change your mind; change your mood.
* I am worthy of inner peace.
That's just a few... seemed like good ones for me anyway.. lol...
