sorry for that post . i know its better to be positive most of the time .but man some times its just better for me to just say" fuck it" out loud. my sleeping is the shits and i felt like hell this morning .and whats bad it felt like a hangover my head was spining . and it just like nothing is going right for me . i got to work my tools are breaking down and it just pisses me off to no end . but that enought about that got it under control now .and manage to paint 3/4 of of damn house weeeeeee and i know things will get better .again sorry for the post .and thank you all for your sopport.peace and god bless you all

I had a rough one in many ways, too, but stayed sober. Yahoo!!!

Trying to get my girl talked into rehab asap. She is ambivalent right now and doesn't really want to go to the one I did. It is a tough kind of rehab.

I had to start work at 3:35 this morning because my "remote" client is in the UK. I am tired.

BUT, my middle grandson's FIRST BASEBALL game is today at 7:00 pm so I MUST go to that. I am excited because Granny can come and Granny will be sober. I won't embarrass anyone or be loud and stupid.

So, even tough days can have those silver linings...

I am just so tired already....
