Got my long hair all chopped off today and delighted with the results .I got a cute bob instead and I must say ,it looks good. Im so happy,as I was so very nervous going in for the chop .I have had the same style for 10 yrs now . Mind you 20 yrs ago I had a Sinead O Connor style...ie.no hair!!,so I dont know why I was so stressed over a bob! Alls well that ends well...my new summer look.

How fun!! It is great to get a new "do" you like and the good feeling lasts a long time. Unlike new shoes. :-)

Wish I could see it. My cousin keeps bugging me to get a hair cut. I may do so if Joe gets another job. Glad you like it!!! Would have liked to seen the Sinead look tho!

I'm just in the process of growing my hair long again funny enough!!! (head and facial!!)
I may even go back to having dreads if I grow it long enough!!

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!! I cut 12 inches off last year, and it was the best decision ever. It was so long I would just wear it in a pony tail all the time; now that's sexy.

Thanks alll .I was thinking about it for a long time and yesterday hubby was off and I said F it, im getting it done ...im sooo happy with it! Im 38 now and I think very long hair doesnt suit the older woman sometimes. Next im getting my front teeth capped as Ive lost most of the enamel on them. Im not just going to be 40 in two years ...im going to be FABOULOUS and 40!!
