                Wow,Just checked in to see this!

                A big thank you all for your lovely and very appreciated comments. I could not have got this far without everyone here, I can assure you.
                This is where the tricky bit starts for me! I completed 33 days AF in November and tumbled from Mods to old habits in just a few months.
                I was always slipping on or before the 5 days. Quite frankly thought of giving up a couple of times!
                I am now going to aim for 10 days more at a time,(just seems a lot more attainable than 60 and 90 days) just to see how far I can go.

                I am wise enough to know now that AL is waiting for any chinks in my Armour!

                I now have a big smile on my face thanks to all you guys!
