ah honey, so happy to have you home. can't wait to talk to you weds. it is a truly beautiful opening up to ourselves. and well, here i am coming up on 4 months and well i haven't a thought of alcohol what so ever. so yes, tis that recalibration that i'm so grateful for. and luv is going about the same time i'm headed back to recalibrate some other issues with eating and such. time to take my overwork matters into the loving hands of rhonda. and she has helped me immeasurably with healing the health. had all my medical tests done she asked me to do and it has been right on target. ah i'm just so happy for you my dove. lucky i so hope you make that appt. i know you would simply be thrilled.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Am armpit deep in what would normally be major stress projects at work right now and a meeting at 3 with the accountants and bank - still reports to finish and print. And I am just sitting here as happy as a pig in pooooo! :H

ah yes best. i was thinking of you today. i get to talk with you later. well, i have to say that bottle of wine that client gave me a month ago and the beautiful wine stopper is still sitting collecting dust. i love what you said, holds no more thought then crackers. cuz i never think about crackers. whoop whoop. god, isn't it great to not be drinking or better yet not me in the middle of it, not thinking about it or being crazy inbetween? i honestly wonder when i ever had time to do it. how did i ever get away with it. how much of me and others and work suffered. i am facing that several projects and deals suffered miserably because i wasn't thinking clearly. ah well, at least now i know. cheers darling

Best - I am soooooooooooooh glad for you. Yes, like electricity, we don't have to understnad it to use it but it sure is THERE. And this lady sounds an incredible 'faciilitator' of all that is good! I am so glad you and she got together....

Finding myself - buckle has gone too, with same results. The price to me, while by no means pocket change, is well worth it. If you consider the effect that this has on our health, our relationships, jobs, quality of life, the cost of what you drink and legal remifications when there are those. Plus, my hub and I had a fantastic vacation. Lovely there. We went at a time of year that is not the prettiest. Just the slow pace and rest was really nice for us.
