Hubby is going there tomorrow for a couple of nights and would be good if he could get me some All in One. Anyone there know a health food shop or store that sells it? Ta muchly!

Thanks for that. I'll take a look now. Yeah, I do like it. It doesn't do anything that I can immediately identify but I notice it when I don't take it so I keep on with it! Getting a hit of all your vitamins etc in one drink in the morning can't be a bad thing even with recent negative publicity. (here in the UK anyway) Ignored it.

How embarassing! I've just realised that Washington DC is not in Washington state. Doh! (also realised that I don't know how to spell embaressing!) Back to school Bessie!! I need a year long road trip round the States to get to know it better. Anyone want to put me up!! :H:H

I too am confused? So you mean washington State or Washington DC. I live in Seattle, Washington and perhaps could be of help.

I find that it is not enough for me to resolve to quit drinking as after six days if nott drinking, I hit the wine bottle last night and feel it this morning. Somehow, I must realize that this drinking has to stop and I must find and use tools to do it. What gets in my way is that I at first feel better when I do drink....my mind is settled (dulled is the better word) but the cost in terms of friends, family & health are grusome...so why do I keep on drinking. Last month, I was seeing myself as dying soon and welcoming it because it is obvious I am killing my self with the stuff....slowly...HBP, Osteoporosis , depression etc. Wonderful rewards for a vocation of life long drinking. And after six days of not drinking, again the bottle of wine...Brilliant!

As you have discovered....thier are two Washingtons....Ones the nations capitol, the other a state. I'm sure that you could find many a health food stores, resturants, etc. on the proper web sites. This country is a Corncopia of Life Styles...LOL ! IAD !

Yep - I'm a dope. I just always thought that Washington DC was likely to be in Washington State! Ho hum. I know so little.

Hubby hasn't seen much anyway as hotel was stuck way out of town. Travelled in today to see the war memorials and park - the one you always see in the films! Didn't bother asking him to find All In One. I'll just keep getting it sent over.

Yes, DC is difficult to navigate with parking and all. My sister practically has to hold my hand when we "go into town". I would surely balk if someone asked me to run an errand.

Washington DC is a "spoke" which helps me not a whit!!

Washington State is huge. A beautiful state with Mt. Ranier, which I climbed as a young'un.

Love them both. Much.

Won't drive in DC, will drive in Washington State. :H

All One? Not sure what to do about that. I love it, too, Bessie. It keeps me healthy.

Anyone in Washington?

If hubby has access to a car, he can find a Vitamin Shoppe in Rockville, Maryland and in other 'burbs, as well. If he has to use the Metro, he can google where the different Vitamin Shoppes are and find if some stores are located near metro stops. Vitamin Shoppes are located all around the DC Metro area.

Cindi, Washington, DC, was designed by L'Enfant, I believe, and follows the fashion of Paris. There are streets going North and South, then East and West. To confuse things, however, there are also streets that have been given the names of the 50 states that criss-cross the grid of streets, and can make DC very complicated to negotiate for people with cars. It also has 4 sections, NW, NE, SE, and SW. Thank goodness for the Metro!

Don't drive in DC....
I did when I was a teen...only because 18 was the legal drinking age ! Found my weekends in DC as a high school lad...The begining of the end ! Trying to fiquire out the street system here is impossible ! Look for mounuments ! It's the only way out ! IAD !

I live here and HATE driving in DC!!!!! UGH! I get lost a lot!!!!!!! I use the train when ever I can...funny I never get lost underground. If I can have it delivered or mailed to me,thats the option I choose!
