Hi tlrgs. I read all your posts and congradulations on being sober. I was sober for 7 years and lost the plot and started drinkind 15 years ago have not stopped. Oh did stop for 11 months, stopped for 3 months and so on. It just seems this time I cannot stop. Any hints please. I think the older you get the harder it gets to give up. tlrgs I'm sooo sick of feeling sick :confused :
