Something to think about. sounds so easy to just say no. what is wrong with me that it has taken so long to just say no. All the guilt and shame and problems could have been avoided by just saying no. Kind of makes me mad a myself that something so easy should be so hard. I guess that is why we are all here though.

I was listening to my audio book of "a new earth" and Tolle refers to what he calls a "good NO". not clouded with emotion or any filters, just a pure decision. I love that.
yes and no are the building blocks for all that we can conceive of. The most complex thought, the biggest computer program, etc etc...all born of those eternal twins.

i think our addictive voices are really quite frightened by the power of NO. and by the power of saying YES to life.
