For anyone considering going 30days af, whether you want to go on to abs or mods I say
DO IT, DO IT, DO IT. I feel and look so much better, I'm losing weight, I used to have open pores and oily skin on my face, NO MORE.
Biggest and best, my kids are so proud of me and they have a new found trust and respect for me, we're talking and laughing a lot lately, gone is that invisible barrier of guilt and shame that used to come between us.............God, I love them so much :l
I just feel fab, I do realise that this fab feeling wont last forever but i'm gonna make damn sure I make the most of it............
30 days AF HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!! :divine:

Hey Want - I'm still new here and you are an inspiration! 30 days AF is amazing.
I like what you said about the 'invisible barrier of guilt' - it's been rearing it's head in my relationship and now that you've put a name to it, I'm going to work on getting rid of it.
