In Honor and memory of Our beloved bear

    Mrs. Bear Jr

Being the praying person I am - I have a thought for you. Like Amelia said - showing this girl how life can be so different might be the angle Bear would have had you follow. Knowing him on here (MWO) his words always had the same tone and ring to them. He was always the one pointing people to God for strength. I think if you could take all of his words and the words posted from those here on this site - you may actually become a witness to her about the forgiveness of life through Christ - and the hope we have when we know Jesus and let him heal our addictions etc.

When I first logged on here - I had a conversation with more2 about why God didn't just take this addiction away from us. Bear said that God would use even this addiction to draw us near to him. I have been AL Free since January 1st and so much of my early success came from More 2 and Bear. They were very open with their faith. I know Bear would want this girl impacted for Christ. That is the Bear I knew here. So with that thought I will keep praying about it.

Love and hugs to you all

Raise your hopeful voice, you have a choice, you made it now.

i too have thought of the girl who took his life and about her 3 month old baby who will probably not ever know her mom because she will be incarcerated. i have been praying to find mercy as all of this is in the big plan. and i know that all of this is revealed. bear is a major influence even today and i would be happy to be a part of whatever support you are needing. our 30 day thread was our little homeland and then everywhere in this mwo community bear lifted his hand and it was felt.
      :welcome:

        In Memoriam of Bear

When I started on this journey I was lost. A man named "Bear" provided wisdom and kindness in a non-judgmental way. My heart was broken to discover he was gone. How can you mourn a person you never met? By their thoughts, their kindness, their insight, and how it helped shape others. Bear was real to many, many of us, and his legacy will not be forgotten.

        God Bless
        Sandi
