                    Thanks everyone! After I posted this, I hoped others would not think it bragging. I am just sooooo extremely excited and feeling the joy if each and every thing, every moment I am awake. Sleep has become a pleasure, so restful. I am just grateful and appreiciative of being where I am.

                      Its wonderful! Keep going. I need to go now 6 weeks without a slip. BRAGG, you derserve to all you want. I swear its a mind-set thats all it is...stick to it and good things come..My nervous system just couldn't take it anymore. Back on track...have no choice.

                        You are right about the nervous system. We would probably be amazed at the rebuilding at the cellular level, that is taking place in our bodies, at this point. Given enough time, we'll be a whole new person. LOL!

                          6 Weeks!

                          Whole new person, kinda, but then the mind plays tricks on us. We give in and it starts a cycle of the same old same old crap. Today i am getting stressed out all over again. My counselor for some odd reason called me today, she noticed last week i was anxious, swearing alot and not myself...i never mentioned the little bit of wine the week before. You take care BEST, you are doing well and will be okay...I have to be careful right now. :upset:
