Good Morning, Rippy,

Please check in with us when you are up and about. I echo, Cindi's thoughts. You have a lot going on and no doubt the pressure makes you want to escape. But, we know that the escape that alcohol offers is quickly followed by more depression and anxiety. AL truly makes everything worse!

Please resolve yourself to be sober today........post your heart out.......scream.......whatever it takes.....you have done it before, you can do it now!
