I noticed yesterday your mood was on 'lonely' and I was just wondering what support you have at home in the way of family/friends etc. I too had a slip recently after 4 1/2 months sober due to feeling lonely and isolated and it seems this is a big trait of the alcoholic. I was so used to the isolation due to my relationship with alcohol and it's very difficult after years of conditioning to break out of this mould. The forum has been an intrical part of keeping me sober but I have also needed to meet up with fellow alcoholics face to face to gain some sense of belonging AND in doing so I have felt less of an 'outsider' and feel more comfortable in my own skin these days.
Anyway I hope you'll check in today and let us all know how you are coping. There's always someone here to offer you the hand of friendship and help you if you're willing to reach out. Today is another day and you cannot change what happened yesterday. So start with thinking about getting through today without a drink and don't pick up that first drink. One day at a time worked for me in the beginning and if I could just get through the day without a drink then It was a big step in the right direction.
