Drinking made me sad, depressed and a pain in the butt. It ruined my relationships, finances and started to affect my fitness/looks.

In the end I was sad and pathetic. In the end I hated to drink and I can't remember a time I enjoyed drinking. It was all horrid.

Happy for you that you enjoy drinking - those of us here don't.
