I have a potentially fatal allergy……………………..
Jinja: I, like Cindi, have tried countless times to moderate:
-counting drinks
-limiting drinks
-timing drinks
-trying other types of booze
-etc.
all to no avail. One sip sends me right back into drinking a whole bottle in a sitting. I've had it. Enough is enough. I now GET that I cannot drink & my life is infinitely better sober. You can do this. Take it one day at a time. Don't count days if that's getting to you. Just come to MWO every day you possibly can. Mary
