Good morning dfders!

HF this morning, but I got another headache today....are the headaches contagious here?

Well, yesterday I was craving big time, but I keep AF beer in my basement fridge and I caved in and had one. I use that as a sign that I am beginning to white knuckle it....and need to get my head in touch. So I came here last night, thank god for this place. It will set you straight!

Well, off to my last thursday of teaching....(but who's counting the days seriously!LOL!)

Greenie I saw Santana along with Tod Rudgen or something you know the song (can we be freinds) at festiville hall here in Melbourne years ago HA. A girl i was dating convinced me to go !!!!! Need Less to say THAT was one relationship that didnt last LOL . Bouncer kicked me out for my shouting BORING constantly. Good for you no drink and you are strong already with out this lenair thing but hope it works out well for you . You are one person who deserves all lifes good thoughts. LOL

Hangover free for me again as well as day 4 AF. Plan on modding this weekend.

Flying high, yes, I am also getting major headaches this week - I think it is due to the lack of alcohol AND the crappy weather up here in Canada right now! Hot, cold, Hot, cold - it's like, make up your damn mind weather! LOL

Good morning all and happy Friday morning. Hangover free, but had 2 glasses of wine when this had not been in the plan...well, I'll be AF today and tomorrow as I have to watch my 4-year old nephew.

Hope everyone has a great Friday and a good weekend of Mods or AF depending on what you choose.

Off to the weekend, plan on staying AF throughout it as well so no hangovers there either.

Cap, you overestimate me. I said no hangover, not no drink. I must fess to the drink but not to excess. BTW I fell asleep in a concert when Bruce Springstein sang one of his slow songs. Talk about boring. Thankfully my two dates (yeah two) fell asleep too and I was the first one to wake up. Ya loook good when you shake up the others. :H

Hi everyone - MOnday here and still hangover free!!!

I moderated on Sat/Sunday - had a couple of drinks with friends but that's it, knew when to stop and woke up early, refreshed and ready to go. I love the fact that it is the 9th of June and I have not been drunk once! Or hungover once.

Hello Everyone! Still hanging in there although really having a crazy start to the month at work....glad to hear everyone is still doing well. I haven't been Drunk, but planned more AF days than I've had so far. Can't believe it's 10 days already. It's been nice having this group to keep up with!
