Hope it is going ok and the AF and painting is working. I'm sure it is hard seeing him and all his problems. But you did not cause them and as an adult he is the only one who can do anything about them. You are being a great example of changes that adults can make.

Morning To you all,He is here and still sleeping.So far ,so good.It is very hard to see him....My heart just aches.We are going thru with our painting plans.Keeping busy seems like the best way to pass the time.My hubby is being amazingly supportive even thru he can never truly understand how much this hurts.Thank you all for being my backbone when I am on the verge of falling down.I NEED YOU sooooo much right now and I trust that I will not let myself or you down.......Evie

I am thinking of you this morning. Happy to hear that yesterday went OK. It is so horrible the damage that unspeakable childhood abuse causes. It is awful to see someone we care about suffer and see the suffering in their eyes. But, a few years ago I heard something that made so much sense to me in regards to the suffering of others:

We can never be poor enough, to make another rich.
We can never be sick enough to make another well.
We can never be sad enough to make another happy.
We can never hurt enough to take away anothers pain.

This is absolutely true. So, today live your life healthy and happy, that is always the best thing we can do!
