That's a great big first step. You will never regret it. Even if you are not successful right away, you will know you are on your way. And there is so much more to be gained than sobriety. And yes, the book is really a good read, too.Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

The book is great. RJ is great. I've been around MWO a long time but I still keep reading the book over and over and learning more and more each time. There's an awful lot of insight and understanding in there.
