      Just had to share this with you got in my car on sunday afternoon and all my choc had melted well the weather was HOT.:sun: Thanks all for your posts..... not had choc since friday and not feeling so Tired or Low in myself it does seem to make a differents.... going to start eating mix fruit and yghurt for breakfast.

          Congratulatins on all those AF days.

          Nothing like molten chocolate to put you off for life. I haven't been able to eat a mars bar since I was a kid after watching one of the boys have to lick it off the paper Yuk!

          Loads of people have written about the sugar cravings that we no longer satisfy with wine. Strange as you don't normally think of wine as something sweet.
