I luv MWO. We are an odd mixture of people all over the world. Sometimes we get frustrated w/each other, sometimes we cry with one another, sometimes we get angry for each other, but we are a community, all facing the trial and tribulations of fighting our respective addictions to alcohol. I have made some very close friends I've only e-mailed, chatted or talked on the phone with they are truly my friends.

        Thank you RJ!!!!!!!

why we love MWO and RJ (have a read thirst..)

I love RJ and MWO because the program addresses the nutritional aspect of the addict brain and provides easy steps to help mend the brain to get a handle on drinking. And the program does not preach or humiliate myself or others. And I don't have to go to depressing meetings and listen to the same idiots who are mainly court mandated ramble on about their story over and over again. It is a forward moving program, not stuck in the past program. And I don't have to sit around smokers, coffee addicts, and sugarholics. It is not a cult. I am not brainwashed into co-dependency with a sponsor. I think the intellect @ AA mtgs is below average and the intellect @ MWO is above average. Just my $0.02. Take it or leave it.

And another thing, AA has a dismal success rating and a high suicide rating. MWO provides a fresh new option that is current with the times and what we know about supplements, exercise, etc.

And another reason I love RJ and MWO is the program is not a life sentence! We can graduate @ any time and not be told we will fail without the program. The program teaches us to soar and not stay stuck.

This forum and RJ have helped me in so many ways. I love the people here and I also agree with Lucky on every AA point.

RJ started this program with a lot of curiousity about alcohol and a lot of compassion.

Thanks to RJ for helping us navigate.

I take your $0.02 Lucky, and up it by my own 2 cents. My Way Out-- the name says it all. Yes, we actually have a part to play in our own recovery. An amazingly simple concept, especially in this era of individualism and freedom of thought...
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

I couldn't have said it any better, lucky.

Like WOW! We have options here. We have a program that does not enslave us to the 'old ways of thinking' which ultimately results in low self-worth & low self-esteem. We are not 'powerless' we are 'powerful'. This program gives us the knowledge and the support to become happier, functioning, individuals.

Love it, love it, love it!
