            i am here to read the good the bad and the ugly of al and to remind myself that there is a way out of the bull shit of drinking and that there is a life without al.AND TO GIVE SUPPORT WHERE NEEDED.and pray to god that someone reads and learn and see that if i can do it they can too
            i am 7months plus sober and why because there is a way out

              I'm here because I knew I couldn't quit cold turkey; I was too deep into the physical addiction ... I was searching for all the advice I could find, I stumbled on this site and went no further. If you're in a bind, squirming for a drink, there's people here pretty much 24/7 to talk and take your mind elsewhere until the craving passes. It's incredible. I didn't think I could do it and I'm now on day 5 AF feeling really good. And I never had to worry about voicing my shame and guilt here, partly because you can be anonymous, but mostly because everyone has been through very similar situations and feelings. Stick around and try it out. Wishing you the best.

                T don't you know it's dangerous for me to start thinking "Why am I here?" You'll have me back out searching for that damn Holy Grail again!!!!lol I just am ALRIGHT!!!!!lol
