It has been a struggle but worth it. Yesterday i had a very strong urge for AL(it just had to be around my 60days af mind playing tricks on me) that come over me like a big wave that keeps on coming over me. i can get a bit overwelm by it, it can get a bit too much.. not sure what i was doing in tesco super market but felt like a lost sheep or a headless chicken walking around in circles. i felt like crying :upset:
Anyway the good think is my head is above water, and i dont feel like im sinking now. I can relate to irish lady thread so much about the swimming pool that was one of the first thread i went on. Even though the road sometimes seem longer , but i know i just got to keep on, moving on.
Im grateful to each and everyone of you for your support and making me laugh.
Just like to share a song with you today that i could not stop listening to yesterday and today. The word has help me.
