day 4 here i go.....seems like forever since i've drank.....oh wait it was just sunday.....got up and ran for a minute (literally, I think only a minute)....wouldn't have done that hungover.....i used to be a big athelete and am wondering if i should push myself for a sprint triathalon later this fall....probably too big of an aspiration....
BTW - tried the guinness af beer last night....it's bad....has that smokey taste that i've tasted in real beer before and never liked....BUTTTT!!!!!!.....i opened one at 6 pm and had it with me all night!!!!.....baby steps....one day i will be able to get rid of the af beer crutch but for now i will have it and be sober
