Nice one IAD, yes I feel cleansed and ready to start anew after every outburst and pouring of tears. I'm learning to laugh at life instead..... slowly.....

I love to laugh.....nothing feels better than a deep down, joyful laugh, like the pure laughter of a child. But, all emotions are good, all are important, all should be in balance and proper for the circumstance.
