OK...I feel BETTER...Talked to hubby and confessed.He said to spend the day talking to my friends,exactly what I needed to hear...so just try to shut me up today...It's not gonna happen.Those pain pills say codine but they feel like speed???I need to be with you all...please be caring...so here goes.Animal Kingdom was awesome(to say the least)The live production of Lion King should be on Broadway(men in tights and wonderful singers).In SOHO..(london theater district)Lion King is a SOLD out SMASH.Last Easter we tried to get into see it,but NO LUCK...We saw Phantom of the Opera at her Majesties theater,no less.SORRY if I missed spelled that,we don't have Royality in the US...or do we???We went on Kilamengari safari and saw all the new babies,born this spring...Elephants,antelopes,warthoges etc.Collected new disney pins...anyone else know what disney pins are?Google it on E bay..but don't stay on the sight too long...there are addictive,they really are.Thank you for STOPPING ME FROM DRINKING THIS MORNING,and you know who you are.I will do my best to always be there for you all.....LOL..EviesigpicEyes on the PRIZE, a SOBER Future !!!Comment

Evie - WELL DONE!!!! NOW.....throw away the codeine toooooooooooooooo! They were what put me in such a bad place with Al last year....... Just get ordinary old paracetamol....... They are terrible, terrible things pain killers with codeine...... They will have you craving like mad. They ARE speed in their way! Ugh ugh ugh!
You have done sooooo soooo well! Be very proud of yourself!

You still need something for the pain and over the counter analgesics may not be enough.
I agree with staying away from the codeine but there are others.
My concern is that if you find yourself in enough pain you may find yourself in this spot again.
None of us wants that for you.
But, living in this moment..........I am very proud of you!
