Saw my doc today - she's happy

I saw my doctor today and she is really happy with me. I've lost 28 pounds since I saw her last November, my ekg was perfectly normal, and my blood pressure is down. I was "on" for January - March" and have been stumbling in April and May. I'm back at it and hope the next time I see her I can say I've been AF all 6 months, have lost at least another 30 pounds and can go off bp medicine.

I felt like a proud kid in her office.

I am very proud of you! How cool that your Dr. has a patient taking care of herself, I bet that Dr. thinks of you tonite anf feels proud also.
