is this a common withdrawal symptom? I get them only when my heart rate goes up. Please advise......

From my experience, they are very common symptoms of withdrawal. Drink lots of water, take a gravol or some Peptol Bismal. It sucks, I know. It will pass though.
The nausea lasted about 2-3 days for me. My headaches were off and on for just over a week. -

Sounds like it may be relate to elevations in your BP. Might want to have it checked! I hate to tell you this, but I honestly felt like crap for several weeks after I quit.
