      Foodie, buy the book DEPRESSION FREE NATURALLY. The author wrote it for her son, who also took his life. She also wrote SEVEN WEEKS TO SOBRIETY. Both books are tremendous. Amazon has used books cheap, check one or both out. You are worth saving and loving.
