I am reading this with tears streaming down my face. My father was bipolar and committed suicide. You may be thinking right now that the world is better off without you. It is not so. There have been times when I have been on the verge myself and the only thing that pulled me back was remembering the incredible pain his death caused to all who loved him. He was a beautiful talented man and I miss him. Things can and will get better!

I will be happy to talk to about being the child of a bipolar person, or anything else you would like to talk about if you pm me. I will send you my phone #. Please do not do this, you are needed here on earth.

Sounds as though you are having a rough spell. Whatever is going on that is bad enough to get you to the edge must be pretty bad. I am glad to see you have given yourself another day to think things through and whatever it is there are a thousand ears here that will listen and a thousand shoulders to lean on.

I have lost one too many "loved ones" to early exits and am certain they all made a mistake one moment too soon and would regret it if they could have just one more moment to think things through.

Time is on your side and will eventually heal the wounds you may be suffering. You have a very nice selection of caring folks here to chat with, just take your pick.
