I found that I needed to spend a lot of time here in the beginning during those crucial hours when the craving would hit. It saved my butt and I am truly thankful for everyone here that contributed to my success. What I am finding, now, though is things that I want to do that get put off, because I get stuck here. I read and post and get caught up in all the threads. I find myself being late for work because of it. I am sad because I wanted to start working out again like I did pre-drinking days, I wanted to lose weight and get fit. I don't make time for that because I am tied to my computer. I have to cut my wings and break away from MWO a little bit. I just wanted everyone that I have become close to, or who sees me post to know that I am all right. I am still happy, successful and doing well. I just need to get out there and live. I will still check in from time to time. I may still post daily, but I need to break away a little.
Part of what keeps me tied to the threads are YOU. I care about all of you and wonder on a daily basis how all of you are doing. I guess that is what makes this site work.......
I guess it is just evidence of my addictive behavior. I am truly an "All or nothing" girl. Hopefully, now I can give my ALL to working out!!!!!!!!! LOL

Sorry for the long post, but I have been feeling really frustrated about this.

Yes I think we are all addictive personalities.I find myself on here when i should be doing other things.I have limited the amount of time I can be on [ as you would limit your children watching TV ]. It hasn't made a difference in my fight.

I am so crazy, I wrote this heartfelt disconnect and left my computer on while I exercised. At least I DID it!!! I think part of it for me is just in the disclosing of it. It is like I declare it and then it is so. I have now given myself permission to limit my time here, and get busy doing the things that I need to do to accomplish the next goal. Being here that much was crucial in getting the strength that I now have. Who knows, tomorrow I may slip and need to be here for more support. Capt. you said it all. This site will be here when I need it. I guess there is a little part of me that feels I will let others down if I am not here every day. Hence, my need to announce my whereabouts. Thanks! You are an awesome gent!!

Oh no you don't get off that easy Capt. Lion King 2 is about Simba...who used to be the son,now is father....to Nala(daughter)who is a spoiled princess(I love spoiled Princesses).You still get to meet Pumba and Timon....and if that is not enough to drive you nuts,there is always Lion King 11/2....which I think came after Lion king 2.....I think????? If you do not understand the complexites of life,watch a Disney movie....DEEP,VERY DEEP...
