      It's a beautiful day up here on the north east coast of Scotland and I'm planning a long walk along the beach with dolph later. Life couldn't get much better at the moment.

          tl congrats im on the same line as you ,oct.26/07 ive lerned not to count the days ,it makes it hard specially how i got here, my 1st 4 months were my way ,stopped again, on my own,then i got shipped off to a hospital,not fun,kinda like the war,no choice but stay and lern the truth,now tht is a 30 day story,not all bad and not all good,seen a lot of people suffrin,my journey is no where near tht,ive been here b4 many times,ive lerne if i dont talk about it ,it mt come back and bite me in the butt,and the butt isnt a pleasant one,to drink or not to drink,tht isthe question ,thnx for respondin gyco

            Great morning here! Storms came through last night and cooled things off a bit. Hub and I are both a little sore from spreading mulch yesterday. But feel good, the exercise was exactly what we needed. Congratulations to all on our goals regarding alcohol! Shouting out 97 days AF free! Whaaaaaa! Whooooooo! :h

                          Five months and some days since the last binge of MY life. I always found that counting days thing a pain in the butt...
                          My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
