9 days AF today and I love myself again!
Cindi...no worries...I was thinking the same...even a few thoughts after my sessions, before I came home. A part of me was afraid everything would be back to the same old...but nope! It is still the new me I was a little tired yesterday but spent some time at the health food store and know the diet change will help with that. Also ordered tinctures online...easy one stop shop.

Oh my gosh! Thank you - everyone! Evie, I thought I was the only one counting! I have tears welled up in my eyes, I am so happy! Inspiring each other, is what this place is all about - so let's inspire away! LOL! Cindi, honey! I had the same fears. I would be the only one. You will be fine, it will be wonderful. You guys are the best! Lori, Sea, Oky, buckledown- All of you mean so much to me! Lucky - yep, we really do go back- I think to when I started here. And you're right! I have changed and am so grateful for it. I have myself back. My real "Self"! There is still a wonderful fantastic journey ahead! I can't wait!
