Can you remember your happiest moments?
There are so many moments that happen in your life; some are big moments, others are small, but they hit you just the same. Think back on atleast one moment in your life where you can't remember being any happier. When you close your eyes you can relive the moment, you can hear the voices at the time, perhaps the way the air was scented..the warmth and utter happiness coursing through your body. There was that moment when you never thought you could smile so much, or laugh so hard, perhaps you cried from sheer joy..now that you have that perfect precious moment brought back...hold it there. :h

Yes! 23 years ago. A late summer evening, married and in-love with my ex-hub. Sitting on the patio of a tiny little home. A baby twin on my lap and one on the lap of my mother in law, watching my three year old son play in the yard. I told her that if it never got any better than this, it is perfect! That was a long time ago... :h"It wasn't all I wanted, but all I could stand!":bigwink: Alcohol free since April 8, 2008

I remember seeing my baby girls eyes for the first time after she was born, how her little fingers curled around mine and the feel of her warm body against mine, I cried. I couldn't believe I grew her in my belly, and she was mine. This tiny perfect little person was mine.

You were goth, I was a prep. Wearing Vuarnet, pinned tight at the ankle jeans, hair spray bangs, flourscent clothing and making braclets from embrodery floss...like you, happy as can be wondering when the next street dance was so I can see that guy I was "dating" and dance with the girls. Fun times looking back. I wouldn't change a thing about my present life either.

Can you remember your happiest moments?
That would be the day my first was born, my daughter. It was a spring day full of freshness and hope. I had taken a bar of Crabtree & Evelyn goat's milk soap with me and to this day whenever I smell it, that memory comes flooding back.
Sweet thread.Enlightened by MWO

I can answer that for you; I think the toaster would. You can launch them pretty far and they hit the mark better as they are move evenly balanced. uchy:

Can you remember your happiest moments?
I would have to say mine was when my second child was born.
The ultra sound techy said it was to be a boy. My doctor got word it was a boy; it was on my file - and I even asked to see it! The nurses said to me while in labour, "your son will be here soon."
I pushed the child out. My doctor goes; "It's a GIRL!!!" I looked at him, the nurses looked at him. I said; "Are you sure?" (not once but I think it was 3 times!) He told me it certainly was!
It was a huge mistake by the ultra sound tech - but a wonderul one!
I was sooooo FRIGGEN happy. I was never excited about having a son. Sorry, I know that is mean; but it is true.
She slept on my chest all night long. I don't think I put the baby down for the first month. I was super elated!
Ahhhhhhhh... wonderful!
