I'm there eating a burger and decide to read the ingredients of the bread rolls because they tasted a little unusual... no wonder! The final ingredient was Ethanol! What is Ethanol doing in a bread roll??? I'm trying to be AF tonight!

Ethanal is the final product of yeast and flour and sugar.
It is the wonderful smell that bread makes while we are baking it.
I doubt if the final product has ethanol in it, unless they don't cook it all out...

Interesting! So many things contain al based ingredients. I noticed that the eel sauce for my sushi tasted funny and then found that it had alcohol in it.
