    I'm back and I'm bad...

Welcome back. I also did well, left, went downhill, came back, did great, brother-in-law died, drank, am back and on day 4. I also have a history of depression and was feeling SOOOOOO much better AF. In answer to someone else's why the other day, Doggy girl said, "Because we are addicted." Wishing you the best!

Thanks for all the kind words ladies and gents, I will try to keep cutting drink today, had 3 yesterday and 4 the day before, maybe 2 today or maybe none....we'll see. Girlfriend got her contract extended for another 3 months so wants to go for a "celebratory" drink after work. Ho hum. Always something...

            I'm back and I'm bad...

Still struggling with starting off. Am right now resisting the urge to go to the pub. My gf always goes after work for one (one doesn't always stay one with me-she also has her days) and I often go meet her there.

Had a binge of a weekend past and this weekend is the gf's birthday and she WILL go out and get drunk. Don't think I could avoid it without leaving the city! Perhaps I should moderate best I can til monday and start then? Is that procrastinating or just plain common sense?
