    Hi all and thanks to all who have personally supported me. My daughter wil be having a healthy baby girl! Tests came back today and while the baby does have the CF gene, she doesn't have C.F. Big grins from here and tearful joy from daughter and SIL.

    Also, got my biopsy results back and I do have a form of colitis stemming from a bowel infection caused by - those tests still to come, but it is very treatable.

    This is one great day!

    Thanks again to you all, especially Waves 2.

      SK....This is so fantastic!!! Yeah! Yep....and me to the list of those smiling and breathing a huge sigh of relief for you and your Family!!! Healthy Baby Girl........it doesn't get better than that!! Yeah!!

      And so happy to hear that you will be feeling much better very soon!

      SK, you have handled all of this with such grace and dignity......you should feel very proud of yourself.....you are a remarkable woman!!

                  I am so relieved for you and your daughter. My son, who will be 2 at the end of this month, went thru many tests last summer because he wasn't gaining enough weight -- the first of which was for CF. I burst into tears in the pediatrician's office when he 1st suggested it. All kinds of other tests followed -- pediatric GI, blood draws, liver function, blah blah....He's just a little guy. But I know how scary that is. Glad to know that your health is better too.
