Hi guys just wantes to share the programme I am doing with anybody who is interested it a programme based on AA 12 steps but no meetings involved all done on the telephone and for me after 15 years of trying to lick this little sucker seem to be doing it , can highly recommend it Simon ( who has been af for 8 years) runs the programme and it has changed my life no meds no supps , just amazing anybody interested the info number is a uk number 08451302619. the number is named 24 hours a day If this helps even one person I will be overjoyed sharing this.
