              Hi Everyone

              I hope you all had a decent night- mine was shaky and a bit sweaty- but tonight will be better I hope.

              Please all be well today- I have to beat this beast for once and for all- together we can do it.

                Hi Marbella,
                Great to see you made it through the night!! Yes I was a bit sweaty and hot too.....it's all part of the detox.....I kept on reminding myself that.

                  Good Job Marbella and Amelia!
                  I still have some sweaty nights on day 8 but it's not too annoying. I'm proud you made it to day 2; the first 24 hours is certainly the hardest. Did you both wake up with a new sense of hope? That is what will keep you going. Go jump on the Day 2 thread Gia started for the Army. Love you both, kriger
