Buzzing sensation hands/feet... from supplements?

I started taking the supplements yesterday and now I have this kind of buzzing / tingling / shakey sensation in my hands and feet. It's driving me nuts. I take antabuse but this is not new. AF for 90 days today! I don't take Topa which I know will do that. Anybody else have this problem? I spent alot of money on these supplements and I hate to stop so soon.

Congrats on your 90 days! I have no answers about the buzzing from anything in the supplements. You might try looking at the info on each item on the healthstore page. Hopefully someone who knows more can come by and give some advice. Otherwise, you can go off all for a day or 2, then add back in one at a time to see which one it is.

The GABA gives me a buzzy kind of feeling.

However, it only lasts about 30 minutes after I take it.

Thanks, I will look them up and see. Although today I am all swollen, maybe it is completely unrelated to the supplements.

That does not sound good. It might be an allergy. Hope you are able to get to the dr. I probably would stop taking them for now until you can get more info.
