    Hi, I've lost my recipes for All in One Smoothies. Care to refresh my memory?

    I don't exactly have a recipe, but here's what I do. First, I finally discovered the "fruit" version, which is a lot less awful. Second, I put some fruit juice (I like the "Naked" brand), maybe a cup of it, in a blender with half a frozen banana and 2-3 ice cubes and a spoonful of peanut butter and maybe 1/4 cup of green tea, plus the AllONe, and maybe a tablespoon of protein powder (optional) then blend it. It's not bad at all. Would be better WITHOUT the AllOne.... but oh well.

      I was just making a regular smoothie (soy milk, fruit, yogurt, ice) and then putting the Allone in a small amount of that. Then I got lazy and started putting 1/2 dose in a bottle with grapefruit juice, put the lid on and shake the you know what out of it. Splitting the dose really helped I think. Also drinking with a straw helps. The stuff will never dissolve-no matter what. But I think it is an awesome product!

        I use low sugar Cranberry Juice, about 1/4 cup, throw it in a mini-blender and blend.

        Then I down it in two gulps.

        Yes, the stuff tastes awful but the benefits far outweight the taste. I feel it when I quit taking it.

        I did try taking multi-vitamins and the Amino Acids separately. Way too many pills for my liking.

        The two swig method works for me.

          I chug mine in one big chug, learned something useful from drinkin I really don't mind it, put mine in fresh carrot juice shake and chug. I also add 1 1/2 t of liquid chlorophyll so I dont look at it ! Orange and green whewww.... I do like the fruit allone better, plus it has all your calcium! I love the benefits it is the best !
